THM STRAWBERRY CAKE (S) Fill mason jar with Strawberries or other berries 3/4 full Mix 1/2c almond flour with 1tb THM sweet blend then spoon into jar Put one thick pad of butter on top (1tb) Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. You may need to mix it 1/2 way through baking.

Brownie in a with sugar free Hershey syrup and whipped cream. Can add 1tsp oat fiber, but compensate with adding a little water or almond milk to add some moisture.

Betsy Pelkey's Raspberry fuilled Skinny Chocolates !! Heat frozen raspberries and a dash stevia extract for just a few minutes cool..I used a chocolate covered cherry mold. I put the mold in the freezer to chill for a minute, took it out and quickly filled each mold about 1/3 full with chocolate....then tipped it around until it coated the sides. Put it in the freezer for about a minute. Took it out, added a tiny spoon raspberry mixture poured skinny chocolate over top, freeze till set.

Brownie in a Bowl (S) I tweaked my favorite Cookie in a Bowl Recipe and made this brownie in a bowl!!! 2 tbsp melted butter 1/4 cup almond flour 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 egg yolk (or 1 whole egg if you like more fluffy) 1/2 tsp baking powder 1.5 dropper full liquid stevia or favorite sweetener 1 tsp vanilla 1 small chunk of 85% dark chocolate chopped (optional) Pecans (optional) Melt butter, stir ingredients together, microwave for one min! Voila!

RAW Cookie dough....2 tbsp cream cheese 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil 1 tsp peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tbsp xylitol (or whatever sweetener you prefer) 2 tbsp almond flour 1 tbsp sugar free choc chips (tastes great without too if you don't have any!) Kinda tastes like a mix between cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies. I mixed it in a bowl and threw it in the microwave for 25 secs so it all melted together. Yummmmmy.

(S) Berry Cheesecake Crunch ~ My new favorite whole family loves it. Fill food processor half full with frozen raspberries and blueberries, add good handful of salted, roasted almonds, a bit of vanilla, a few shakes of stevia, a squeeze of lemon and 3 tbsp cream cheese. Pulse until crumbled and enjoy!!
