1953 GMC Futureliner - The GM Futurliners were a group of custom vehicles integral to the company's Parade of Progress—a North American traveling exhibition promoting future cars & technologies. Styled in the 1940s by Harley Earl for General Motors, 33' long, 8' wide, more than 11' tall & weighing > 12 tons. Twelve Futurliners were manufactured, w nine still known to exist as of 2007.
