We tend to use papers specifically created for high resolution fine art printing, although we have frequently been asked to create reproductions on specific vintage materials for motion picture filming and artistic effects.
What Is Giclee Regardless of technology, the defining characteristic of quality Giclee' prints is the use of high resolution printers with highly archival inks and traditional artist media. If it is printed on cheap or plain paper with any inferrior ink it is most definately something that does not fall within the widely accepted term of Fine Art Giclee'.
