I love this cause it could be about so many things.... Food, stress, your day, negative thoughts... So many other things that seem better after a good run.
Excellent training guide for running another marathon. Contrary to what a lot of people believe, it's important to run/train only 3 or 4 times a week. The 3 or 4 days of rest help your body to heal, regroup & not get burnt out.

So true. I remember what it felt like after my back surgery and how I didn't even know if I would walk again. I made a promise to myself I would never take the ability to work out for granted.
So doing this with all my race bibs... may add my medals too!
