Sherlock Holmes Pub in London. To the left, off-camera, is a mock street sign that says "Northumberland Street." I stumbled across this while in London. Didn't have time to stop in but did take a photo (not this one, but similar). The pub/restaurant seemed to be doing a brisk business.
