THM Bread in a “Mug” in a Loaf in the Oven:) - S 6 Eggs ¾ Cup Ground Flax ¾ Cup Almond Flour 1 TBS Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 2 TBS Coconut Oil Butter for Pan Turn oven 350. Put eggs in large mixing bowl, mix with hand mixer. Dump in all ingredients and mix. Grease regular size bread loaf pan with LOTS of butter. Pour dough into pan. Bake 350 for 25 minutes (or until golden brown, don’t over bake though). Place on cooling rack until completely cooled. Store in a ziplock in the fridge.

quickest way to clean your oven without any toxic chemicals. I just did this and I can't tell you the last time I could see through my oven door:)

Every couple of months sprinkle a mixture of baking soda and a tablespoon of your favorite fabric softener over your mattress, let it sit for an hour, and then vacuum it up. Gets rid of dust mites and freshens up the mattress. Keep that same mixture in a small mason jar with holes poked in the top in your linen or clothes closet to keep it smelling fresh! Many Baking Soda Tips!!!
