what vibration are you at? It's important to honour ALL feelings and be truthful about where you are AT inorder to transform them. Denial or refusal to accept the feeling emotion does nothing but perpetuate it. Feelings act as a sign post, remove the label negative and positive, feelings are feelings they all equally have merit and are gifts in disguise and sign posts pointing towards wholeness and well being.
I recently met with my teacher for continuing education and when I asked him what he wanted me to focus on in my practice, he lead me right back to the Eight Limbs (Raja Yoga). We didn't discuss advanced Asana, the Bhagavad Gita or practice my Sanskrit. We talked about life and how focused I am on the Eight Limbs, applied to my life.
