Very easy banana bread recipe. don't have to be too precise on the measurements. i used my frozen overripe banana chunks and coconut oil instead of butter. and since i had no baking pans, i made banana pancakes. they came out perfectly and required no butter or syrup. next time i have powdered sugar, i'll make a little glaze and drizzle over for dessert.

    Making it this morning. Substitute coconut oil for butter. Cut the sugar to little more than half a cup. Added cinnamon and pecans.

I've seen this pin floating around for months, with this insanely healthy-sounding recipe attached to this completely generic-looking photo of a cookie. I'm wondering if it's a social experiment to see how many people will pin a recipe without checking the source. ;)
