Easy creamed spinach-1 Tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp flour, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch garlic salt, 1/4 low fat milk, 1 package frozen or fresh spinach. Steam spinach. In a separate pan melt butter, then add flour, salt and milk, simmer until creamy, add cooked spinach.
Whipped Cream Frosting 1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened ½ c white sugar 1 t vanilla extract ½ t almond extract 2 c heavy cream Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla & almond together on medium speed until smooth. While still whipping, slowly pour in heavy cream. Stop & scrape bowl a few times. Whip until the cream can hold a stiff peak.
