Butternut Squash Pasta Sauce - Martha Stewart. I know the picture doesn't look that inspiring but let me tell you, I just made this for dinner and it is uh-mazing. The roasted garlic is the key ingredient here. We ate it over ravioli but I'm not kidding when I say you could eat it straight with a spoon (soup?). You could easily skip the cream if you are vegan or avoiding dairy, A little non-dairy milk might work, too. AND soooo easy. Try it...you'll like it :)
