Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Marsala Sauce and Pasta:JUST made this for dinner...Outstanding! This is a glass of wine with your sweetie on the back deck kind of dinner!!! I used thin sliced pork chops pounded, and added fresh thyme to the mushrooms.
Pork Tenderloin - so good! The pan sauce is what it is all about. Dip your bread in it!!! (marinated in olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, dry mustard, pepper and garlic) CR- we had this last night for dinner. Used juice from an orange instead of lemon juice (didn't have a lemon or any lemon juice). Was SO good. Definitely a keeper recipe!!!
