These were sooooo good!! I ate every.single.one! But you know what?? It’s okay because they are nothing but good for you! The stats for all of them – 120 calories and 28 grams of protein. So there. I can eat a whole batch of treats and feel absolutely no guilt!
Lemon Cream Pie Protein Shake 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup Fat free cottage cheese, 2-3 tsp Grated lemon zest 1-2 tbs Lemon juice (or juice from 1/2 of a lemon) 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract 5-10 ice cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency) 1/2-1 cup Water (Alter this according to desired consistency) Optional: 1/2 tsp xanthan gum

Breakfast Mock Cinnabon (Low Carb) from Food.com: This is one of my favorites on the South Beach diet. I usually eat this for breakfast or for a snack; it really satisfies my "sweet tooth". For those on South Beach, count the pecans as part of your daily nut allowance.
Turkey slaw wraps - super low fat/carb. Sauté onion, minced garlic, brown lean ground turkey breast. Add seasonings of choice, bag of broccoli slaw and cook until desired doneness. Serve in tortilla with sour cream, salsa, etc. Thanks Lisa!!
