1 C. almond flour, 1/2 C. + 2T coconut flour, 1 T. baking powder, 1/2 C. Xylitol, pinch of sea salt, 6 eggs, 1/2 C. cream, 1/2 C. sour cream, 1/4 C. almond milk, 1 T. vanilla, 6 T. melted butter. Combine dry ingredients. Beat wet ingredients and add dry to wet. Makes 28 inch cakes or 12 cupcakes. 350 15 min. for cupcakes and 22-25 min. for cake. Lemon: Sub several drops of lemon oil for vanilla.
