S: FUDGE : ½ c coconut oil 4 oz cream cheese ½-3/4 c cream 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate Truvia to taste pinch of sea salt Throw everything but heavy cream in a pot, melt, and bring to a light boil for a minute or so. Dump in a blender and toss in the heavy cream. Blend until cream causes the mixture to be thick and creamy. Enjoy as a rich pudding! Or chill as delicious fudge! Or freeze as a huge milk chocolate bar!
