Healthy Fettuccine Alfredo

Healthy cauliflower white sauce. Add Parmesan and you have Alfredo sauce. Add cheddar cheese and you have a great cheese sauce for mac and cheese or pour over other veggies. It's actually very good...better than I expected. Couldn't tell that it was cauliflower in the least bit. Be careful, though, the olive oil can easily overtake it. Excellent way to hide veggies for those who aren't fond of them. Two thumbs up!
