Booyah, Lieutenant Murphy. Crossfit has a workout regime called the Murph. A one-mile run, followed by 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 squats...ending with a second mile. All for time. Named in honor of Operation Red Wings hero Lieutenant (SEAL) Michael Patrick Murphy, this punishing workout is often undertaken on Memorial Day...the Memorial Day Murph, or MDM.
