SLOPPY JOE STUFFED PEPPERS I made these (my first time trying to make stuffed peppers) and they were great tasting & easy to make.  I followed the recipe as written except I used  1 tsp. sugar instead of Splenda. *Update 6/14/13*   I may overdose on these! A great low carb dish and quite filling with a side salad.  I make them once a week but cut down the recipe to make 2 peppers (4 halves).
