Ingrediënten:  Sinaasappel - 4  Banaan - 1  Yoghurt - 5 eetlepels  Havermout - 8 eetlepels  Bereidingswijze:  1. Schil de sinaasappel, pel de banaan en stop in de blender 2. Voeg de havermout en yoghurt toe 3. Mix het geheel een aantal minuten
