Lace also forms scallop at neckline collar lappets. Accordion pleated skirt has three tiers of cartridge pleated lace and bands of metallic gold ribbon at hip, yoke, neckline, and sleeves. Side seams are shirred. Brown grosgrain ribbon tie at neck. Side hook and eye closure at waist.
