Bacon Ranch Pinwheels 3 large spinach herb tortillas 1 C sharp cheddar cheese 3 pieces of bacon, cooked crumbled 1 8oz package reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature 2 heaping T sour cream 1 T dry ranch mix Instructions In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream and dry ranch mix. Fold in bacon and cheddar cheese. Spread cream cheese mixture on tortillas. Roll each tortilla tightly. Wrap in cling wrap and place in fridge for several hours. Slice when ready to serve.
