With the start of the new school year, I’ve gotten back into the routine of doing core exercises. These six moves are my minimum work out.It doesn’t look like much but I would highly recommend this work out to anyone that spends most of their time indoors at a desk. My full routine can take over an hour; but even a mere thirty minutes of this a day feels so much better than nothing.
