Do this 3 times through and see how good you feel after. I'm tellin ya, it's worth it :) Most of these are pretty self explanatory except the Long Jump: 1. Stand with feet together and make sure you have plenty of space in front of you. 2. Lower into a squat and jump forward as far as you can in an explosive movement. 3. Land with bent knees to protect the joints. 4. Jump forward again, continuing for the length of the room.
