3 (15.25-oz) cans whole kernel corn, drained 1 cup milk 1 tbs sugar 1/4 tsp pepper 8 oz cream cheese, cubed 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into thin slice Place in slow cooker. Stir in milk, sugar & pepper until well combined. Without stirring, top w/ butter &cream cheese. Cover & cook on high for 2-3 hours. Uncover, stir until butter & cream cheese are well combined. Cover, cook on high for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
