Low Fat chicken strips slice two 6 oz chicken breasts into strips. (12 oz total) season with salt & pepper. coat each strip in panko breadcrumbs. bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until done, flipping halfway through. add some steamed veggies to make it a meal! :)
