Weekend Brunch Casserole - 1 can crescent rolls in the bottom of a sprayed casserole dish, sprinkle 1 pound of cooked sausage over the top, sprinkle that with 2 cups mozzarella cheese; beat 4 eggs, 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Pour over sausage and cheese. Bake @ 425 for 15 min or until set. Let stand 5 min. before cutting into squares.
Bubbly Bake --- All you need: 1 can Pillsbury Grand biscuits (cut into 4's), 1lb Jimmy Dean ground sausage or any light sausage (pre-cooked in a skillet), 1 bag shredded light cheddar cheese, 1 carton eggs--- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and enjoy the amazingness! Variations: Drained can of green chilies or mushrooms.
