This Avocado Chicken is healthy and delicious! I baked the chicken breasts for 45 minutes at 300* I topped each breast with a few slices of avocado, a slice of tomato, a d some harvarti cheese, a d put it under the broiler until the cheese melted! Moist, flavorful and delicious!! 8/21/2013
