DIY TEE SHIRT HEADBAND :: Super easy! Make 6 cords from a t-shirt that are 50 cm each (or 3 each of 2 different colors). Make the easy knot like shown and delicately pull to tighten the knot. Tie the ends and wrap with an additional strip of t-shirt that you can hot glue on. If it doesn't fit around your head, use a hair tie or elastic headband cut into two 3cm strips and tie the ends of the headband to those!

1. Take a shirt that is 1 - 2 sizes to big for you 2.Cut the arms off, Make sure you cut off some of the sides so it hangs loose. 3.Cut from the arm to the neck hole right on the shoulder seam. 4. Cut a teardrop shape out the back of the shirt, leaving the neckline in tact. 5. Take the hole on the back of the shirt and twist the top part inward through the hole a couple times. 6. Sew the shoulder seam together again and enjoy this beautiful, fun muscle shirt :)
