Grilled Balsamic Flank Steak - ¼ c balsamic vinegar; 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce; 2 tsp dark brown sugar; 1 garlic clove, minced; 1 lb. flank steak; salt & pepper. Combine first four ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Add steak, turn to coat; marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Grill until desired doneness. Let stand, covered loosely with foil for 10 minutes, before cutting in thin strips against the grain. #recipe #beef
GRILLED LONDON BROIL. I have experimented with several marinades for London Broil and this is what we love the best. It seems like a lot of ingredients, but most of them you will already have. Serve it with a nice green salad and some crusty bread. Or a baked potato if you really want to turn on your oven!!
