No helium needed to fill balloons for parties. How to: just vinegar and baking soda! I NEED TO REMEMBER THIS! this is important since helium is not a renewable source and is in such short supply.

Quick DIY Gift Bag

Reminds me of my childhood cakes from Safeway!! Easy to make - divide cake batter (about 1.5 boxes of mix) into two 9 inch pans and 1 pyrex bowl (top bun). Frost middle layer with chocolate icing and add crushed chocolate cookies for the burger texture. Frost sugar cookies for tomato slices; I mixed vanilla and chocolate frosting to get the bun color; squirt red and yellow icing for ketsup/mustard. Don't recommend the mint julip leaves for lettuce - can't slice the cake with 'em in there.

A Wet and Wild Wipeout Party: Inspired by ABC's Wipeout, this water-obstacle-filled party would make any tot smile. With slippery slides, bouncing balls, and plenty of opportunities for getting wet and wild, this party is perfect for kids looking for a way to keep cool. Source: Brenda Marafioto for Beth and Co.

Fun-O-lympics: In honor of the big games in London, gather some good sports for competitions, kudos, and cupcakes. To make this ring garland, trim and paint the rims of paper plates. Cut open every other loop to make a chain, taping the cuts closed with tape. Add string for hanging.
