Great idea! When students are at lunch the "Punctuation Super Heroes" sneak in and leave Skittles on correct punctuation. Very motivating.

Writing Pin 1. This is a writing goals chart. This chart could be put up sometime in the beginning of the school year. As the year progresses and students reach these goals, they can put their names in the spaces.

Teaching Today: This is such a simple idea I found online, but it is helping me keep my paperwork organized! I’m constantly making lists of what to do, and this helps me collect my thoughts in one place. I may create another one for things to do at home because it is SO HELPFUL.

Students can get the different order of operation mixed up. This organizer will be a helpful reminder if they get discouraged during classwork when combining all four operations in challenging problems. 3.OAT.9. 9. Identify arithmetic patterns (including patterns in the addition table or multiplication table), and explain them using properties of operations.
