During this week’s @Leslie Mallman White Sox “Impact Training” series, fitness expert, Saran Dunmore suggested fans try the “single leg reach w/ clap” partner exercise to further impact training: “This is a favorite! Forces you to work on balance/strength on one leg. Use for sports/ everyday activities. Partners face each other and stand on right leg. Reach toward floor, instead of touching floor, use left hand to clap partner’s hand, then stand. That’s 1 rep. Repeat for 10 reps or 30 secs per leg.”
