Dr. Ray Young, retired University of Wisconsin professor, lead interactive discussions involving Youth and Education Innovation to the Florida Sister Cities State Conference on May 3d.  He also provided insight in the the upcoming Sustainability & Aquaculture conference involving high schools and universities in Sarasota with attendees from all eight of Saraota's sister cities in November 2013.
