CELERI ROOT FRENCH FRIES PHASE 1 1 celery root cut in french fries stick 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon smoke paprika ½ teaspoon tumeric 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon grape seed oil ½ teaspoon sea salt Preheat the oven at 450F, put the fries in a pan and add the seasoned, mix well. Put 30 minutes in the oven, but you need to turn it after 15 minutes and sprinkle with oil.

Sheryl's Coleslaw 4 cups of coleslaw Dressing: I did not measure out the ingredients as I made this. I just kept adding and mixing until I got the taste I wanted (I am a weird cook like that). The dressing ingredients are as follows: 4 tsp. olive oil, 2-4 tsp Splenda, Walden Farms Mayo, white vinegar, poppy seeds and 2 Tbsp. chopped onion, sea salt. Whisk together dressing and pour over coleslaw. Mix together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. ( Image Only)

Head of cauliflower “riced” either had grate the cauliflower or run through the food processor 2. 3/4 of a cup of freshly squeezed lime juice 3. 1 tsp salt 4. 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped Directions: In a skillet saute riced cauliflower until tender. Stir in lime juice, salt and cilantro.
