My pulled pork sandwich recipe. Place 4-5 pork chops in slow cooker with 2 cups of water and seasoning to taste (I use salt, black pepper, and dried onion flakes). Cook pork chops on high in slow cooker for 6 hours. Take out pork chops and shred with a fork, taking out bones and any fat. Pour water out of slow cooker and place pork back in cooker. Add in a bottle (16-18oz) of your favotire BBQ sauce and cook on low for 1-2 hours. Place on rolls and enjoy!
