(I would suggest that a small amount of the coating be fried first to see if you need to adjust seasoning or add more flour so it is not too salty for you. Remember kosher salt and regular salt are not the same!) Love good fried chicken. The ONLY way to fry chicken is with a Lodge Cast Iron Skillet!
