10. I think the most important motivation when working out is 'Doing it for YOU!' Don't do it because everyone else is doing it, or to become like somebody else. Working out is a simple  way to feel like you are taking a step to improving yourself.

So very important to remember! It's also ok to give into cravings just eat in moderation. Don't go order the biggest cheese burger with all the fixins or eat a whole pan of double fudge brownies.
