This is a reasonable and healthy amount and if you maintain a healthy diet you will be able to keep the weight off. Avoid too many carbs, foods high in sugar or salt and processed foods to keep your stomach flat. Boost your intake of monounsaturated fatty acids and whole grains to keep you fuller for longer, keep the cravings at bay and shrink your belly!
