Squats: Squats target your glutes, hamstrings, quads and inner and outer thighs, exactly where cellulite tends to hang out. There are many different variations of squats, but a few of our favorites are plie squats and tiptoe squats. Here’s how to do plie squats: Assume a wide stance with your legs two to three feet apart, toes turned out. Place your hands on your hips. Push your hips back and lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Hold for a few seconds, and then slowly push yourself back to the starting position. That’s one rep. Repeat for 10 reps.

I just did this for the first time and man am I going to be sore in the morning. It says it's a leg workout, but it definitely works your arms and core as well. I can't do burpees because of my ankle and knee injuries so I did a one minute wall sit. Here's to hoping that in six months I have my sexy legs back.
