Barefoot Contessa~ It's called 'the best broccoli of your life' and it's true. Roasted with lemon juice, garlic & olive oil. Roasting vegetables at a high temperature until they caramelize. Normally, broccoli gets squishy when you cook it~ but not this broccoli~ it develops an amazing brown crust in spots. Then you toss it with lemon juice, lemon zest, and Parmesan cheese...BAM! you’re in heaven. Seriously, this recipe is so easy.

Roasted Balsamic Brussel Sprouts: Cut brussels in half and trim. Heat cast iron skillet with both olive oil and butter. Add brussels cook until almost done. Stir several times to cook evenly. When almost done and light brown add an 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar. Stir until vinegar thickens and coats brussels. Enjoy
Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe Preheat oven to 375° - cut the sprout in half lengthwise. Place in a bowl and add enough olive oil to lightly coat them – Now sprinkle with the sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper – Now add a balsamic vinegar – about the same amount as the olive oil. Toss this all together well and place on a non-greased baking sheet cut side down. Place in oven and roast 15 minutes. Turn and cook for another 15 minutes
