Made with 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raisins (optional), 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cabbage and chickpea soup - I made this for my lunches last week. I added salt and garam masala, and I substituted the pinenuts with walnuts (adding nuts to soup is a BRILLIANT idea, by the way...it adds texture and crunch, not to mention protein).
