No-Bake Energy Bites. I took 2 great recipes and made 1 amazing one. Mix all in 1 bowl: 1 cup dry oatmeal, 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup ground flax seed, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips. Chill for 1 hour. Make into little balls and eat. They are so good I ate 3 while making them.
Low Carb Breakfast Balls from Food.com: I used to live off of these when I was low carbing. They freeze really well. I also occasionally mixed in TVP (texturized vegetable protein) and flax for some extra fiber.
