5 Minute Muffins – High Protein, Grain Free, Sugar Free! | *** 1 cup any nut butter, 2-3 VERY ripe banana, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 10 drops liquid vanilla creme stevia, ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ingredients in blender. Pour in greased muffin tins. 8min for mini muffins 12-15 full size muffins

High Protein Muffins: Place 1 cup any nut butter (cashew, peanut, almond, sunflower seed, favorite is cashew), 2-3 VERY ripe banana w/ tons of black spots (Can use some prunes to help sweeten in place some of banana),2 eggs,1 tsp van or 10 drops liquid vanilla creme stevia, or 1-2 T honey, ½ tsp baking soda,1 tsp apple cider vinegar, to blender or food processor. Blend til well mixed, will be sticky. Put in greased mini muffin tins. Bake @ 375 8 min or 12 reg tins for 10-12 min. Try rasins. gm

Crock Pot Ribs! These are really good alternative when a grill is not available. Fall off the bone. cook on low for 8 hours, instead of dumping the bbq sauce in the crock pot over the ribs, brush to bbq sauce on before cooking, and added 1/4 cup water to the bottom of the crockpot. would also use a crock pot liner when cooking these.
BBQ Ribs in the crockpot I'll be trying a different rib recipe. While the meat was good it was a bit dry and we had to put BBQ sauce on afterward. No flavor from the rub and cup of sauce.

Crock pot ham 7-8 pound bone-in spiral-cut ham 1 cup dark brown sugar 1/2 cup all natural maple syrup (yes, please use pure maple syrup and not pancake syrup) 2 cups pineapple juice The Directions. Use a 6-7 quart slow cooker. Unwrap the ham, and discard flavor packet. Place it into your stoneware, flat-side down. Rub brown sugar on all sides. Pour on maple syrup and pineapple juice. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. If possible, baste ham with collected juice from the bottom of the crock an hour or so before serving. When cooking is done, remove carefully and let it rest on a cutting board for 15-20 minutes before carving.
