【南瓜黑芝麻汤圆】经典黑芝麻馅 - 做了款经典的黑芝麻馅元宵应个景,黑芝麻就是香哈。 碗里盛多了,汤圆有点挤变形了

1.糯米粉加入40g白糖搅成浆 2.把步骤1的糯米粉浆倒入抹油的盘子,隔水蒸15分钟 3.澄粉加入适量刚煮开的水用筷子搅拌待到冷却后用手揉成面团  4.蒸熟的糯米团放凉后和澄粉面团揉成一个大面团    5.隔着保鲜袋把面团擀成薄片    6.融化的猪油加入黑芝麻粉冷却后也隔着保鲜袋擀成薄片    7.把芝麻陷铺在糯米片上,用寿司帘圈起来压紧    8.最后滚上熟黄豆粉切块就ok啦~开吃!

自制紫薯酥皮蛋黄月饼 1. 紫薯,红薯煮熟,趁热捣成泥,在锅中倒入适量的油,分别炒干后,紫薯的可以加适量的蜂蜜搅拌下。 2. 油酥里倒入紫薯泥40g。 3. 搅拌均匀,过筛下。 4. 在倒入猪油和均匀。 5. 水油皮里除之外的材料揉下,再慢慢的加入水,和成和油酥面的软硬程度一样。 6. 用保鲜膜盖住,醒30分钟。 7. 做50g的,咸鸭蛋分成2半,紫薯,红薯揉成一个20g的馅,包上半个蛋黄。 8. 油皮分割30g一个揉成团,酥皮分割成一个20g的揉成团。 9. 8个包蛋黄馅的,其余的包紫薯或红薯馅的,取一个油皮面按扁放上油酥面包住。 10. 擀长。 by 哈尼22
