"Raspberry Coconut Smoothie" INGREDIENTS: 1 (15 oz.) can light coconut milk ~ 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (no sugar added) or 3/4 cup fresh raspberries. ~ 2 tbsp. water (optional) ~ 1/4-1/2 tsp. cinnamon ~ 2 tbsp. honey or maple syrup DIRECTIONS: Step 1 – Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Step 2 – Serve. Eat and Enjoy!
place a nilla wafer on the bottom of cupcake liners. blend together 2 8oz pkgs softened cream cheese, 3/4c sugar, 3 eggs, 1t vanilla, 1T lemon juice, zest of 1lemon. scoop mixture on top of wafers and bake 20min at 350deg. cool, chill. scoop a spoonful of cherry pie filling on top of each mini cheesecake and serve.
Jim N' Nicks Cheese Biscuits: Ingredients | 1 1/2 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup 2% milk, 1 egg beaten, 4 1/2 Tbl. butter, 1 tsp. wildflower honey, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder. Mix together everything except for honey & butter. Seperately mash together honey & butter. Then mix everything together. Place in mixture in muffin tin & bake @ 400 for 15-20 min.
