The Aspirin Mask - works wonders on your face. Salicylic acid helps clean out pores and battle acne. All you need is water & 3 aspirin tablets. You can also add honey if you want a binding agent.

In a pinch acne spot treatment: one un-coated aspirin tablet + 4 drops of water. Mash up using your finger and apply to problem spots. Wait a few minutes and rinse off. Can also be used on entire face as a mask to reduce pore size and prevent acne.

I figured I should share my secret to some of you. I have been battling acne for years, and even when on BC it was not under control. And then I added this stuff to my diet and POOF! Clear skin. Seriously. Go buy some from whole foods, just make sure it's cold or fresh-pressed, unrefined, virgin coconut oil. Also works great for weight loss and promoting healthy hair and nails. I mix it in my coffee and tea and use it as a butter substitute. :)
