Hot Vanilla Milk (Great cold too!)  Pour four cups of milk into a 1 quart microwave safe container.  Add 1/3 cup of sugar.  Add 1/8 teaspoon of salt.  And last add 2 teaspoons of vanilla.  Mix gently to dissolve the sugar.  Place in the microwave for 5 minutes on high.  Pour into 4 mugs, add marshmallows if desired, and enjoy
