Good to know: Rachel Ray talked about how you should make your own taco seasoning because the stuff you buy in stores is full of sodium(and it has silica in it, which is like the little packet found in new shoes that says DO NOT EAT). This is just full of flavor. Simply spices. 1 T chili powder, 1 T ground cumin, 1 T garlic powder, 1 T onion powder, 1/4 T crushed red pepper
Slice whole potatoes almost all the way through, so that the slices are all still attached at the bottom of the potato. Drizzle with olive oil and your favorite potato seasonings, bake for about 40 minutes at 425. Must try for potato lovers.
