The Cabbage Soup. in less than 1 T of olive oil, sauce onions, adding remaining vegetables. 4 cloves garlic, 28oz. canned roasted tomato. cover with chicken/beef stock stir in chopped spinach at the end. serve siracha sauce. remove from heat after coming to a boil, then simmering for 5 minutes. don't want it overcooked!
