Impermanence

This too shall pass. Nothing in this world is permanent. Even the mountains crumble over time. Your circumstances change on a regular basis, and grief will pass with time. The Buddhist know that clinging to something will cause pain if you are attached, therefore, they create great works of art, and watch is disappear into it's elements. This is demonstrated by creating sand art, and knowing it will dissolve into the tide.
