Old door cut in half and turned into a corner shelf.

Old door cut in half and turned into a corner shelf. Corner shelf from an old door. Simply cut the door in half and add hinges or nails, and shelves. Be sure to add a low shelf near the floor to help stabilize and prevent tipping.

This worked out perfectly. I actually had to make two boards because we have so many mugs (we have a lot of people that come over often) and it freed up an entire cabinet! And it adds color to the kitchen. :) I painted my boards a brighter blue color.
