Crawfish pie from In Judy's Kitchen @ nola.com---I used frozen pie crusts and let them sit out for about an hour before using them. I used the second pie crust as a topper. 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne was not enough----next time I'll up it to 1/2 teaspoon. And I'll up the salt to at least 2 teaspoons.

1940s. A Streetcar Named Desire They told me to take a streetcar named Desire...and get off at Elysian Fields. -- Blanche DuBois Tennessee Williams did not make up his streetcar out of whole cloth. It really did exist. The Desire line was established in 1920. In the 1930s, miles of streetcar track were covered to make room for buses. The Desire line was discontinued in 1948, to be replaced by a bus line also named Desire.
